I'm getting into all the groovy stuff you can do on the computer! Hotmail, G-mail, etc.
I was diagnosed when I was 24, so I've 'lived' with my diagnosis half of my life. I had my initial attack and then three (I think) more boom, boom,
boom! I still have ghosts of all the symptoms I've had but I am doing great right now. I'm feeling better now than I was eight years ago. Do you have
all the good books and stuff that are available now? I learned as I went, help from others is such a blessing!
I have
and others...
If, and when, you feel comfortable, we could exchange ringy-dingy #. I'm trying to create my own support group with just the right crazies!
Reply from word doc: i'm closely approaching the half-life mark with the MonSter, but what can you do, you know? lucky me went from RR to SP over the years, but even though i
can't walk well or as far as i used to, i *can* still walk so it's all good. (i do miss wearing high heels though! LOL) i think the attitude and the
plethora of drugs (the legal ones) keep things sort of stable!
and support groups are good, because i think we all have different experiences and can learn from and lean on each other. hmm...i wonder if there's some
way to start a "group" on yuku, as it looks like there's a good handful of us. besides, some of the stuff we go through, do others in OT *really*
want to hear about it?
igber
